Anyone else noticing excessive squeaking coming from the driver side window wiper?

This doesn't sound like the wiper blade itself (however I can't completely rule that out yet) but rather sounds like the wiper motor or even possibly the wiper linkage...

The squeek is driving me nuts. Even in extremely heavy rain I hear a loud squeek at every wiper speed setting. And I have listened to hear if it's coming off the window or not, it sounds to me like it's coming from under the wiper arm cover between hood and windshield.

Someone tell me I'm not crazy!

I don't hear a squeak on mine. In light rain, no radio on, I can hear the motor a little, but no squeak

You are crazy. lol. Seriously though, you probably need to get out of your truck with the wipers on and pulled away from the window and look/listen under the hood. Pretty easy to tell it is not window squeak if they are pulled away, and you can listen under the hood for what may be the (potential linkage) problem.

I knew the voices weren't normal! Damnit... I'll have to try that not sure why I didn't think of that before. I really hope it's the linkage cause I already whined about it to the dealership... Ha
