That really does help. Thank you very much! Yeah I had a tear from taking off the tape and then I just went over it and it obviously just got really bumpy. This is gonna be an easy fix. Thanks again.

The rest if my grill frame came out pretty good. But it is a little rough. I'm glad this stuff is easy to fix and if it comes to it easy to replace.

I have a MGM Tacoma with a chrome grill. I am going to plastidip my stock wheels with anthracite grey, but should I do the grill with anthracite grey also or black? I don't know if the anthracite will be too close of a match and just look like a bad match job and not look good.

Does anyone have pictures of MGM Tacoma with anthracite grill or emblems. I would love to see the contrast.

Just spray an area on your MGM with the anthracite dip. It will show if it matches much better than a picture, and when it dries it will come off with just a little WD-40 on a rag. No damage like paint

    None yet :D.
I wish plasti dip had a silver color to choose from. I have read that the grey plasti dip with the metalizer will give a silver element. But I dunno about having the grill surround not match the truck lol.

The only way you're going to get an exact match is by paint. PD isn't going to be that close. For some people(like myself) the chrome doesn't look very good. That's why people paint or PD.

Just plasti dipped my front bumper black. Used 2 cans on it, 5 coats. Came out pretty good.

Decided that the rear bumper needed to be dipped as well. Now everything matches.
