Unfortunately not really. Starting today or tomorrow I think the BLM will start restricting/monitoring access in Jean. Basically all the "open" dirt from Vegas to Stateline on the south side of the 15 will be a no go. The only place you'd really have a chance to get in some dirt is Nellis Dunes/Apex out past the base and speedway.

If it's in good shape that seems fair to me. Plus with lights. If you cared I'm sure you could knock $100 at least off of the Fiberwerx cost if you waited for one of their deals, they usually do 10% ish off at the swap meet for example. But if you don't care about new assuming the clip is in good shape that seems reasonable.

quarry you'll get to see the trucks the longest since its basically a little short course section and you're elevated. Area 4 is pretty solid too since the big trucks will come by at 100+

Agreed, depends on your preference I guess. Honestly I think Primm is a good spot too. Seeing the TT's hit the dyke jump in the evening is pretty cool. AND...the course is backwards this year I believe so although I haven't seen the map myself I assume that means hitting the Dyke Jump going back towards the wall like they did at BAP in 2010.

The Quarry will give you the "most" view, but the "Thumpers" deal gives you a chance to see TT's doing what TT's do best...triple digits through the big whoops.

Hey guys, does anyone have a way of getting ahold of DTF? Trying to order a bumper. If not, anyone know a fab shop willing to ship a custom bolt on bumper widened for glass? Trying to get it similar to DTF's type B with the cut crossmember and all. If anyone knows of any fab shops on the east coast also, I'm located in NC which is why I need the bumper shipped.

DTF makes some awesome stuff. If you want something more local I've had good luck with Marsfab and Metalwerx, both are just outside Charlotte. Marsfab built my bumper.

On a side note spoke to trail gear today about the Rock Assault roller, looking at $2200 shipped to my door with 35 spline axle shafts. Trying to track down a complete third with an ARB and 4:88's. You guys see any potential issues running this rear end? (Besides moving the speed sensor to the transfer case...brakes, drive shaft..??)

    Can't find his number anywhere.

I'll definitely take a look into those two. You have pics of what they've done?
