Switched 12V in engine bay?

    Mostly stuff I built.
    The drop to 5v is due to the canbus electrical system on these trucks. Other than that I have no other useful information.

    from my experience its usually safer to just add your own new one.

    but on another note do you have any info on how you did it or what camera etc? I want to do the same

    Hi Man!...inside the fuse box behind the battery, I found a 10A (red) fuse, on the top side of the box labeled INJ , (above one labeled EFI NO3) near some relays. I am sure there are other circuits, but that worked for me when wiring my "raptor-style" LEDs.

    Do not try and use an existing circuit to power another device. You can use something as a trigger on a relay then run that to the device though

    Ya I meant front facing camera to see stuff right up front when parking same reason as you, for undergrounds
