A while back i hooked up a switch panel in my overhead console and ever since then my dome and map lights haven't worked, I think the always hot wire i ran up there may have come into contact with the dome/map light wiring and blown a fuse somewhere. I checked the fuse box under the hood and everything seems okay (was looking for the 7.5a fuses, from what i've read those are linked to the lights). What else and where else should I be looking for?

Check the fuse panel behind the coin cubby to the left of the steering wheel.

Fuse for the dome lights is under the hood. It is a 7.5a

    Just had to replace mine.
