Spring Recall-Already done and/or 3 pack vs 4 pack

I have an '11 DCSB off road. I recently got a recall notice regarding the leaf pack gas tank puncture problem. The vehicle came with a 3 leaf pack, but was changed by the dealer under the TSB to a 4 pack several years ago. So, I have 2 questions:
1. Does the TSB change mean that my recall was already done?
2. If I need to get recall done, will the dealer only put in 3 pack?

I called selling dealer and spoke with one of the "advisors" and am pretty sure she had no idea of what I was talking about as her "advice" was to bring it in and leave it for 1/2 day so that they can figure it out.

 

i work at a dealer and there is a set of springs for the people that had the tsb done in the past. they just have to order those ones instead of the regular ones. make sure you tell them you had the tsb done

 

do not accept anything other than a 4 leaf pack replacement. simple as that. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Make very sure and specify that you have a 4 leaf pack on the truck and you would like a 4 leaf pack to replace it.

Trust me you do not want a 3 (2+1) leaf pack.
