I waited til I got a bunch of them. They did the springs, seat belt springs, air bag light, accelerator peddle and they found a small hole in the frame so I'm getting a new frame. They were very honest because I treated the frame every year and didn't see any rust or holes. They also got me an new accelerator peddle instead of butchering the old one. I couldn't be happier. Hope others have as good an experience with Toyota as I am.

2008 - Being from Western NC it won't help you but since you asked it was Crestmont in Wayne NJ. There was definitely a hole but I didn't see it because it was hidden by the muffler - it was where they have layers of steel sandwiched together - they measure it and take a picture of it and send it to whoever and it was OK'd for a new frame - the rest of the frame is good so it's safe to drive until the new frame comes in. The service mgr said the tech knows where to look having inspected 100's of them.
