Hello does anyone has installed the 2in Rough country front leveling kit? I know that most of this forum installed Boss 2.0, 2.5 or some ome 885 with 5100 bilsteins, there are expensive for me but the rough country are $59.95 and it saids that with that kit levels the front with the rear of the tacoma and also maintains factory ride quality.

They work - you just get what you pay for. I had spacers for a few months and it lifted/leveled the truck and the stance was nice but I couldn't get in alignment and the ride was pretty rough. I upgraded to Billy 5100s all around and would recommend to anyone to do the same.

Buying new isn't THAT expensive, you can get all the parts you need for the front for under $200 but if you stay on the marketplace on TW you will find what you need used for less (I've seen them with a coilover setup for around $100 numerous times). I bought everything in my lift for less than $150 and I have 5100s on both the front and rear. Just be patient and you will find a deal.

If you want something now and don't want to spend a lot then get the spacers. Just don't expect to be riding around on clouds.

Hey there. I'm fairly new to the Tacoma family, but i recently put in the Rough Country 2in leveling kit, and I haven't experienced any issues.

I had a leveling (spacer) kit on my 4x4 Frontier for 9 years with no problem, wasn't the brand you're looking at. Had it aligned when I installed it, tires wore even till the day I sold it.

Hey sorry, forgot to upload pics. I'll get them up once I'm off work.

But it feels like stock, you can just notice that your front end is higher than what you get used to with stock. The weird thing is I actually used less gas driving down from NY to MD after getting it installed
