I guess he had a buddy come in and help him out and it was his handiwork, we'll see what he comes up with.

Is this a legit business or just a guy who does this as like side work? Anyone who has a buddy come in to help him doesn't really sound like a professional. I've been doing this kinda work professionally for 11 years now. Accidents happen, I wouldn't let something like that leave without me notifying the owners and ordering replacement parts

It's a legit business. Single owner/employee, I think he brings in extra help with bigger jobs to get them done in a single day, at least he did only case.

A one man shop isn't very legit in my opinion

That sucks! Glad to hear he is gonna fix it. I will say this, I saw where you mentioned he was a vet. Well, A LOT of people/vets are using that VET crap as an excuse. And, before you all jump on me for that comment, I'm a USMC vet myself. However, if he owns that business and it was funded/helped with government money due to him being a vet, you bet he's gonna make it right. If not, and he receives more complaints, there goes his business. Look, I'm all about vets opening businesses and people using them, but ill be damned if some people (and they're out there) use their vet status to open a business and offer shit work by pulling at heartstrings. That right there don't sit well with me.
