fog lamp install toyota tacoma

2015 Toyota Tacoma fog lamp after market install anyone know how? its a base truck and when i bought it off the lot it did not have them as it is a base 4 cyl 4x4 and i did want to shell out another 800 to 1000 bucks for something i could by after market for 116.00 bucks any way anyone know how to put these on and make it look like they come from the factory? cant find any good install instructions on line. i bought the Spyder brand not much for instructions. I like pictures. but i will take what i can get. probable take it to a real wrench turner i am not good with wires.
