You can prep for plastidip with windex. Just avoid anything that has oils in it. Or use rubbing alcohol.

Does the black grill insert separate from the body colored frame? If so, does anybody know what is the part number?

Loving the black grill and LED fogs.

GALLERY]ok so just got done changing out the grill, no I didn't dip mine, I bought one from a fellow TW member. And just to clarify the process, there are two screws/bolts on top of the grill assemble along with two pins on the top of the assembly, and four pins on the bottom of the assembly. Once these are out it just takes a little bump to get it to move. Now getting to grill and bezel out of the housing is another thing. I think the clips that held it in were a pain in the ass. First take the eight screws out the bezel piece, (note: there are screws also in the black housing these do not need to be removed), then the process of the clips. First work on the bezel clips(be careful with these there delicate I broke three of these) they the grill ones can be removed. Install was easy just push the clips back into there desired housings and put the screws back in...All in all the whole process of removal and install took about 1/2 -1hr. its nice to have an extra pair of hands on a couple extra screwdrivers for holding/prying...Good Luck!!!!!!!
