    I suspect you have a bad ground on the retros and possibly the radio.

    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    Depends on condition and vehicle it is made for. I see them around here for $200-$300 in okay shape for Toyota pickups a lot but there is some asshole dealer that sells used caps and prices them at $800-$1700. So really it is a buyer's market, price it where you'd like to see it sell for and put OBO in the ad, you'll get an offer that you like eventually.

    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    Probably not, but used soft toppers come up often enough. Still, I saw someone on here make a soft topper themselves and it looked damn good, said it was just the cost of the material and a used sewing machine. He was putting it over a bed rack, I think I'd use electrical conduit to make a skeleton for it.
