It depends. www.kozmicmotorsports.com makes them per request.

Had that done with quick turn around, with length and specific ends. Just tell them what length and the type/size of ends you need.

Or build your own with Aeroquip stainless braided line, and stainless steel fittings.

The Kozmic lines come black coated over the stainless braid.

Got my new radiator. Mounted the used flexalite fans, will probably have to clean up the wiring a bit.

Koyo Rad def has a much higher "fin per inch" count and narrower channels which should give some marginal cooling increases.

    Koyo:

Old/used/original controller which is not sealed, looks like it shorted (top right), has the cheap thermostat that is shoved into the fins of your rad, and doesn't have the controllability I wanted.

New upgraded controller (TBH, Flexalite should have included this with the original fans in the first place):

Tap and screw temp sensor (need help; where do I tap for this?):

Pretty sure that goes into an open spot on the rad where coolant will register as is doesn't look like a rad core fin probe

No fittings on the rad to install it. The rad ends are plastic like OEM so not to interested in tapping those at the moment :notsure:

I'm pretty positive that's a tap. No destructions came with it? Find the number of the manufacturer and call. My best educated guess is you tap it into the rad and use some epoxy or silicon to make sure it's sealed. Just trying to help out.

Hahaha, yeah I bought it because it was a tap :D

I'm sure the best place to tap it is in the bottom of the radiator but I don't feel good with doing it in the plastic. Is there another place to put it?

I wonder if I can tap into the stock sensor?

I'd be more worried taping into the block than your rad

I meant taping into the wires and just use the stock sensor signal.

Doubtful if the voltage will be accurate. But would be super cool. Another option is to get a fin probe that just pushes into your rads core fins. Prolly get one off ebay or Amazon for like $10

Yeah, that's what the flexalite kit comes with and I'd rather not :notsure:

We'll see; I'll probably drill a hole in the rad and mount it there.

Yeah, I was thinking of pulling the EFI solenoid but I want to be sure. First time I did anything this big and I want it to be the last time (for a while at least).

    Kinda stock
I had to pull my flexalite fans last summer. I did like how responsive the motor was with efan, but they couldn't pull enough heat for me. If I do it over again I'd upgrade the motors to brushless. I do miss the efan. The stock fan reminds me of a junky ford truck.

I'm not exactly easy on motors. It was 107F outside and I was trying to haul ass in sand.
