We have a new 2016 access cab without rear seats. its a great space for our dog, However the bottom is very uneven with a 4-6 inch drop between the storage boxes and the back of the front seats.
I know we could probably remove the boxes but I am looking for a set of additional boxes ? that would even it out for for his feet.
    Any options out there ?

I would cut a piece of plywood to fit and then cover it with carpet.

Have you thought of building something custom yourself? Perhaps MDF or 3/8" plywood and marine carpeting?

    this.

I was looking into something like this with a former boss as a way to organize our work trucks.
We found 4 shops offering custom built stuff all in the range of 2000-4000 per cargo van. Found out each thing was just built out of SPF 2x4 and 3/4 plywood covered in carpeting or for some spots that aluminum diamond plate stuff that truck tool boxes are made from.

Either way we found it was about 800 worth of material, and then he paid me the hourly rate of $14 an hour (this was non union when I first started) to build each one when we were slow and had no electrical work. Spent a week and a bit to do it for all 3 trucks. So figure paid about 1000 per truck. Had a spot for conduit, fittings, hardware, and material (wire plugs boxes etc)

Friend and I built one for his jeep as well. Covered in carpet and everything, looked like it was from factory fit in perfectly. ended up removing the back seat and bolted it down where the seats went. Had drawers on both sides where the doors were and a big full extension drawer in the back. Ultimate camping set up.
If you are handy with power tools/have the tools or can borrow them, you'll probably be happier with what you build yourself cause it will be completely customized and exactly what you want, and will save you a lot more money.
