Ha, called URD sales and the message says, "leave a message and we will probably call you back." Not sure what that says about their customer service?

 

Their customer service isn't the best. They are a very small company and, in my experience, Gadget isn't shy about telling you off.

 

That sounds real reassuring.

The guy knows what he's doing on these trucks, but it's his attitude that kills my desire to want to do any business with him though. Being a chode will get your business nowhere.

 

Every time I call he answers? Then again I'm always like yes sir and shit, and half the time I sound clueless (i always sound clueless over the phone)

 

If you call and we do not answer, please leave a message. We are likely tied up speaking with someone else on the phone. If you leave a message I will call you back. If you do not leave a message, then, we cannot.

 

I have a few extras if you need the power..
