LED Interior light swap out

What a disaster ,couldnt get both bulbs out driver side tough but got it passenger side shatterd bulb and plug end sucked up into headliner ,just a hole now where a bulb once was. Lucky i guess no glass in my eyes . This is why i hate trying to do something myself its always an epic fail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Word of caution those little bulbs are in tight and will shatter in your face !

Why didn't you just pull the console? It's quick and easy then the two bulb seats just twist out of the top.

 

I just put a piece of tape around the bulb and gave a pull. There are some good guides on here.

 

How does it come out? my 07 you had you had to pull the lenses.

 

Any help would be great a link a photo of the console being pulled out. Thanks
