    I think you are right.

I had one of those green spots on my door panel when I took delivery. I've never seen anything like it, but just recently someone posted a pic of another door panel where it looks like the door panel was removed and put back on (incorrectly?) and that same green spot appeared. Probably just a stress mark when the door panel was installed.

Anyways, when I took delivery, the dealer tried to scrub the green spot off and obviously it went nowhere. They actually made it look worse with all the scrubbing they did on the door panel. I honestly didn't care, but they ordered me a new door panel.

I've had that on every vehicle I have owned with plastic door panels, which means all of them over the past 15 years. I usually just use Armor All or some other protectant to wipe them clean.

I've already noticed that the door panels scuff and grab dirt real easy. It's unfortunate, but I'll live, it's a truck.

    LS1 swap with nitros.
The blotchy parts look like they are due to poor molding of the plastic - they wont wipe off, disappear, etc.

This could be due to poor tooling design for the molds, improper molding (heat settings, material flow, etc.). I would assume that all of our trucks have these blotches in the right light / viewing angle unless there were specific lots of these made improperly. Truck or not, should not be there.

Unfortunately not likely anything can be done to address this and the people at Toyota will likely be clueless.

I have those circles of lighter tone as well. Mine are showing up above the arm rest panel too.
They don't wipe off. Detailer already tried.
As for the "lower scuffs" I have those as well - going to try the derp to at least protect it somewhat.
Let me know what happens and good luck.

Sorry to hear that you have this, but glad to hear that I'm not alone. Seems like very poor quality control on Toyota's part. I'm really disappointed.
