Any other Manual trans vibration/rough idle stopped in neutral with ac on

Turned ac on first time today and seemed to have a rough idle, vibration while stopped in neutral

mine is a little rough at idle. noticed it as soon as i drove it off the lot. i wrote it off though. i figured its a toyota and a truck not a bmw....lol (i work on bmws)

 

it doesn't bother me - its just that all my other tacoma where always smooth but they were auto's .

 

seems maybe when it goes to injector clean cycle maybe that has to do something with the slightly rougher idle.

 

It will smooth out...

 

Yes...noticed this when idling in P. AC kinda rough when idling. Mine is auto btw.

 

I own an F30, and would like to point out that BMW is a poor comparison. The BMW N20 engine idles rougher than most diesels (owing to the solenoid injectors). The new B48/B58 engines have piezo injectors and apparently idle much smoother.

Direct injection may have its merits, but the cacophony at idle is an unfortunate side effect.

 

I have a manual, didn't notice any roughness or vibrations when I turned it on for the first time the other day. Seemed normal to me? I'm pretty hyper sensitive to this stuff, I'm pretty sure I would have noticed.
