lol my wife knows there isn't another woman out there that would put up with my shit. She once asked if I'd ever cheat on her before we got married and I told her that I don't have time or self esteem to disappoint another woman...one is enough

That was my problem. We'd all wake up and have bloody mary's, then switch between beer, margaritas, and tequila during the day, so at night we all felt like shit. I'm excited for my next one so I can just stick to the same thing.

My cousin and I got really big into the Navy SEAL thing a few years ago. We read all the books we could find and started training like they do and everything. It was a lot of fun, but really hard. This was really before I started lifting seriously, so I was skin and bones. I ran a 5k during this time at around 24 mins. Got first in my age bracket. Then I said "fuck this" and started pursuing gainz. My cousin kind of stuck with it and is doing Ju-jitsu. I think he's a purple belt right now. He's wrestled his whole life, started doing MMA after high school, and now is into ju-jitsu. Dude is like 5'6" and probably 140 lbs and can take down grown ass men

Some good SEAL books if you haven't heard of them:

Rogue Warrior by Richard Marcinko; he's the first commanding officer of SEAL Team 6 and Red Cell...total badass
SEAL Survival Guide by Cade Courtley; it's really cool b/c it teaches you how to survive in ANY situation

There are a ton more (as I'm sure you know), but those two are really entertaining

I actually own both of these. I could send them to you if you want.

Want a judgement call, do you think doing a set amount of burpees in the morning before work then throwing cases all day at work, then doing push ups and running after work and kayaking on the weekends would be effective at toning up majority of my body?
and increasing my limits as i get better

Burpees will tone. Push ups will tone. running will tone. I say if you stick to that everyday and increase sets/ rep amounts and what not that would definitely tone you up. I use to do 300-500 push ups a day in sets of 30 to 50. That was good.

Lol that ship sailed a long time ago for me. No cutting til 220

You probably won't pack on tons of muscle, but if you eat right, I think you'd lose some fat and get more tone.

I've almost pulled the trigger on some Dom merch a couple times the past few weeks but I never do it. I want the Bar Bar Binks, PR2D2, and now this one...

    upload_2016-3-9_13-46-16.jpg

Also - why does he use 'models' who clearly don't lift. I'd probably buy it if the guy in the pic looked jacked thinking I would look more jacked by wearing it. I feel like buying it is going to make me look small and it's going to be a dress on me when I see these twiggies modeling the goods
