Was looking at the BFG AT KOs or KO2s but a buddy of mine turned me on to these bad boys. I think Pro Comps have more meat on the tires, looks more aggressive and a little cheaper. ThesHow could you go wrong. Anyone have or tried these tires?

That ad is from 4wheel parts, I'm going to pull the trigger. I just need someone to buy my general grabber red labels

I got my set of 265/75/16 load E BFG T/A KO2's installed with a warranty for the life of the tread for $904 out the door from Americas tire. Also know as discount tires in other places.

Find the lowest price on the internet, go there and have them price match. They actually went a few $ lower then what 4wd.com was. Then they also have the optional lifetime tread warranty for around $100 on all 4 tires.

Can anyone comment on how loud these are on the road? What's the wet traction like?

A lot of sizes are just now hitting our stores, with about 20 sizes total in next 45 days. Great traction, compound comparable to DuraTracs. Will run them when I get my Tacoma :)

I wonder how much the 285/75/16s weigh?

Tread looks better for road than the Duratracs but not as good offroad. Very intrigued by the 60k warranty though. That's kinda cool.

Looks very similar to the Toyo Open Country AT2.

3 inch lift with Toytec Boss and All Pro UCA's up front. AP expedition leafs with Bilstien 5100 shocks in the back. 255/85/16 Cooper S/T Max tires. All Pro skids, rear bumper and sliders, Hidden winch mount with XRC 8000 winch. Dual Optima batteries with IBS combiner/isolator and solar. CMC. Auto sliding rear window mod, hidden CB, CVJ axles and plenty of other little mods.
I gotta think that anything with a 60K warrantee has some REALLY hard rubber. Just guessing, but I bet the traction isn't so great off road. Bet they suck when its cold out!
