Just ordered a steel plate bumper with 10G thickness from a ma and pa buisness in Northern Cal for my 99 V6. I talked to his wife and wasn't sure about the weight on it. Should i be worried about the front sagging at all? Should i get some stiffer springs or need a leveling kit?

You're putting ~100lbs up there. What's your current suspension setup? I had OME shocks with 881s (with stock bumper) & switched to 883s for my plate bumper. Holds the weight great! If you're stock- I'd definitely look into upgrading.

Bone stock. I saw the 883s give you about 1.5". Is it as easy as switching out the coils on the front end if i have to go that route?

    Bone Stock.
My 3/16 setup with winch and lights is probably 175lbs.

You'll want to get new shocks, don't believe you can put those coils on stock shocks. Can't go wrong with billies or ome. There's weeks of information you can find on here about which will suit your needs. 883s will give you ~3" fwiw
