I've attached a pic of my harness for my bumper led install. I'm confused by the two set of red and black connectors. Both for battery?

I believe one set of connectors is for the backlight on the switch. The other set is for the actual function of the switch itself.

One set is for the relay that powers the light. The other powers the switch that closes the relay. Both have to be connected to the battery.
