Sometimes Radio displays song info

Sorry for this post but I'm a perfectionist and this really drives me crazy as well as other things on the truck. I do love it and don't regret buying it one bit.

If I plug my iPhone into the USB port on the dash the track information is always displayed and sometimes album artwork if it's available. This applies to Pandora, Spotify, music on the phone, and an iPod. Bluetooth also works with all of these apps but only on about 1 in every 7 trips does the track information and album artwork get displayed. how do I make the album info be displayed all the time?
