Likely total garbage. Cheap Ebay lights are known to have seals fail, poor light beam pattern and often poor build quality. Are you looking for more light output or just to change the look? A good set of projector headlights for comparison should cost $600-1000.

 

I like the look of the black headlights but I still want them to be bright.

 

Also against the law in most states with the dark lens i know from NC highway patrolman isued me a warning had to remove them then go prove that I had also they leak like crazy and poor light out put

 

I'm from CA. Never heard of anyone getting ticketed for it here. Thanks for the heads up though.
