    Brandon's a great guy. Had the opportunity to have him install a light bar on my 2015. My wife and FIL both remarked that it looks like it's part of the truck. Unfortunately it's not stout enough to prevent red light runners. I now have another 2015 and will be getting a bar for it as well.

    For those of you with an avid bar. Do you think it would work well with a us off-road bumper and winch??

    I wonder if cops will give you crap about the license plate being behind it... @EdinCincinnati how much did that run you before shipping?

    @Bruce988jl

    I already moved the plate to the front.

    This AVID bar has an extra lower crossbar and the metal mesh inlaid with 4 light tabs and black wrinkle coat finish.

    $500.00 - Included shipping from AZ to OH

    Those are some cheap China made lights that I had...I ordered today a 22" lightbar and some pod lights to go on the mounts on the diagonal down tubes.

    It is a really stout bar. I was standing on it bouncing up and down and it is really solid.

    You have to contact Brandon at AVID and ask him to build it this way...it's not an option on their website.

    I have to thank @Cold Iron for his help, he ordered this same setup previously and shared his info and experience via several PMs.

    I'm VERY happy I went this route!!

    Installation advice...take out the front grill and do everything from above reaching down in front of the radiator.

    Take off the 4 nuts, grab the top of the bar and move its mounting plates under the truck until you see them below the mounting spot, then lift it up and you can move it right into the 4 frame bolts. Then put the nuts back on.

    Much easier this way than trying to reach up from underneath.

    That looks awesome and I will be getting one. First I need to replace my crap grille, trying to decide between AM grille or a color matched OEM one. Once I get that done than this...I like the way it looks.

    Ed that turned out awesome, glad it works for you.

    It is also handy for holding the gun and birds for hero shots of the pup.

    i had one and took a hit with it - saved my plastic bumper but damaged other stuff. bar was alright but the mount where it attaches were bent up (something you should check and also the radiator support if it bent at all). sold that avid bar and went full plate.

    I honestly don't think there are many other plate bumpers that look as good as an arb..
