    Hey guys,

I'm Phil, I've been lurking around here for the past month or two, reading some of the threads on mods and such. I want to thank you guys for all the great info!

I've already purchased a few things for my truck based on stuff I read here, and plan to do more in the near future. I picked up another contract, and now I can actually almost afford the things I want. This stuff gets expensive.

I plan to keep costs down by doing most of the work myself ( with your help of course) thanks again

Thanks for the welcome. There's a wealth of info here, and it makes me more comfortable installing stuff when I can read "real world" reviews and instructions.

    Today I installed
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00SWXZPT8/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    I absolutely love them.

Other stuff I've done in the past:

Plastic bar caddy in the center console. - cheap and works great

    Voodoo tailgate protector- it's great

Viper remote start- I did not install this

Weather guard tool box. - the best I've ever seen. I originally purchased a uws box, but returned it after it arrived smashed to hell and back

And all of the wind deflector plastic pieces

Fog lights are next. Wish me luck. I'm still scared to tap into the wiring harness even though I did it today with success

Thanks for the invite! I'm a hvac/home maintenance tech, so the next few months are gonna be hectic though.

If anyone needs help with their hvac system or appliances, don't hesitate to ask. Most of the time an easy fix is all they need
