First Tacoma, couldn't be happier

I've always liked Tacoma's and I've always liked Toyotas....since probably back to the future, that was a badass truck. Anyway I've owned a tundra but just got my new Tacoma and I love it. I've never been more content with a vehicle right out of the gate before and I'm thoroughly impressed.

Thanks. Haven't decided yet. Kind of bought it for a more practical vehicle but some of the stuff on this site makes me want to do some work. I would as soon as possible like to get all terrain tires and do something different than the stock grill.....maybe down the line a lift and lights andnew bumpers, etc

Agreed on the grill, personally not a fan of it. Everything else on the body looks great though.

Yeah I like the look of the grill but I don't like that much chrome so I was thinking of just getting the mesh part painted or powder coated black and then maybe taking the yota emblem and getting the color match red and changing it
And yeah it will get you in trouble...I've already seen some of the threads with some amazing builds

That would look good. I painted the chrome frame on mine and the chrome bumper.
Even maybe red. The chrome is what gets me. Had one behind me the other day and all I saw was a chrome mouth staring me down...

 

What's funny is I don't even like red but my wife liked it and now I fell in love with it too
