Hi, I just got nerf bars for 2nd generation for my 3rd gen.
When I tried to fit, it interferes with front mud flap and not able to fit unless I take out the mud flap.
I googled and found some pictures looks that the hole location on 2nd gen is little bit further back compare to mine. If someone installed 2nd gen nerf bars to 3rd gen, was there any issue with the front mud flap?

This has been discussed here so I would do a search. We knew when the truck 1st came out that the 2nd gen would not fit without MINOR modifications. This all went down around the same time as SEMA so all the builders were busy working on other stuff. The 2016 bars came out about a week or 2 after SEMA late last year. So yah it will fit with a minor mod - what that is you can find it with a search.
