    Hello TW,

I am selling my 22.5'' Weber charcoal grill with extra accessories. I am located in Southern California in the San Gabriel Valley. I am just going to copy and paste the details from my craigslist ad:

For sale is a Weber 22.5'' Kettle One-Touch Silver charcoal grill. The grill was bought new in 2014.
It is in good condition with some grease stains from normal use, but everything works and will probably last many many years. I am selling because my HOA no longer allows the use of charcoal grills in our backyard.
I've added or replaced some parts with the following:

    - Weber 7478 Charcoal Grill Tool Hook Handle
    - Stok porcelain coated cast iron grill grate w/ insert removal tool
    - Extra Weber charcoal grate to handle smaller pieces of lump charcoal
    - Weber 2290 22-1/2-Inch Charcoal Kettle Rotisserie kit
    - Weber 22.5'' Grill Cover

If the grill and the additions/replacements were bought new today, combined they would cost well over $300. The rotisserie kit alone costs $150 on Amazon! I am asking for $180 for everything, OBO.

Just the Grill without the kit - $80

The Rotisserie Kit by itself - $100

Send me a PM if interested!

What is this world coming to when a Home Owner's Association can dictate whether or not a man can grill a steak in his own back yard.

Can you gill in the front yard instead? How about if you just tailgated and cooked in the bed of your truck?

    Anyways, GLWS.

Not front yard here. The past couple of years we have new owners moving in. The smell of charcoal bothers them and they consider it a health risk. I can grill, I just can't use charcoal. I do have a charcoal grill specifically for tailgating though :D

I don't mean to clutter up your sale thread with posts but if the HOA can say that you can't use a charcoal grill, since cigarettes are a known health risk, do they also say people can't smoke cigarettes in their own yards as well?

Oh, and while we're on the subject of heath risks, doesn't your propane bottle have this on it? :goingcrazy:
