    Love this photo set. Reminds me of my early days exploring the Kings Range, NorCal in my 68 FJ40. Me, the dog, and the Cruiser. And NO GATES (I'm talking about the 1970s.) Them were the good ol' days.

    Had my old man take this video today. I told him I was going to drive at him and get close but don't worry I wouldn't hit him. I said don't Run and mess up the video! Lol

    I took the 16 out and touched base on the crawl control. Coalinga has generous creek beds and wheeling next time I'll take some photos. More than welcome to come.

    Rejetted my wife's quad this morning and then went to Stoddard Wells near Barstow, CA. We did 35 miles around the OHV Area.

    Taking a break on Power Line Road.

    It was so green everywhere after the rain! So much grass

    S/O to another high desert hoodrat! How do I go about getting to that area? I lived in AV a couple years ago and have since moved eastbound, but still end up in Victorville from time to time. Never had a capable vehicle until now so I'm just looking for places nearby to explore.

    @Z50king - I'm pretty sure that's the greenest I've ever seen Barstow

    Post #15 of my build thread has a .gpx file linked to the trail. Fun trip. Takes about 1.5 hours to travel from Apple Valley to Big Bear on this route if you're not in hurry.

    First time off the pavement with it and I was blown away by how well an essentially stock truck could handle itself. Was very impressed with it on the loose river rock.
