What are my options for mounting a rack to my shell using the hardware shown in the pic (can't afford Prinsu or similar )

Thanks for your time.

Oh yeah, I think it's a Ranch brand shell and I'd rather not be limited to their proprietary hardware if possible....is this a common setup?
