    When I called to complain the Technician was nuts, lazy or both I spoke with the Toyota Service Manager at the dealership. He did indeed confirmed it's a replaceable $7 part and he put me on hold for a couple minutes. Went over to the part dept., got the PCV valve and told me to come down at my convenience and he would put it while I sat in the truck.
