    Remembered one more thing (glad you made me go get the camera and upload the pics)....I removed the silver shields at the front of the passenger seat.

    I had the carpet out anyway to install sound deadening on the floor.......but if you weren't going that route I can see why removing the carpet would be a pain. The good news is you could remove those shields pretty quick once the seat was removed. Really not a lot of effort, but if it may be a deal breaker for some.
