Will these rims/tires fit, and is it a good deal?

I've been searching for replacement rims for my 2006 4x4 base model Taco. I have steelies on now and was looking for a fresh set of alloys and tires. I came across a local ad for chrome rims and tires off a 2012 TRD. The rims are supposed to be in excellent condition and the tires are Pirelli scorpions with 50% tread left. Tire size on the new set is "265 60 R18 on a 18x7 1/2" rim." Price would be $600. I'm guessing all the lug patterns are the same etc but Ill be the first to admit I don't know crap about rims, and just wanted to be sure these would fit. Also make sure that was a good deal. I'm supposed to meet him tomorrow to check them out. Anything else I should check out/know? Thanks!

not enough specs on wheels but if it came off of a 2012 Tacoma I don't see why it wouldn't fit.

Here's a picture of the type of rim they are. They are stock, just wanted to be sure all the stock Tacoma's had the same specs. Again, I have never bought rims before, so its all new to me. Sorry for the noob question

as long as you're both 6-lug trucks, they should fit fine.
