    I get that the Hurst shifter controls the transmission, but what do the other 3 do? Gotta assume one is for the T-case, maybe crawl box for another, and no idea for the third?

    Driver side is t-case high/low. Center is Crawlbox high/low. Passenger side is 2wd/4wd.

    Homer, Did you go from and Automatic transmission to a Manual?
    If so, what's the 3rd small shifter for?

    You have the main stick and two smaller ones for 4H & 4L...
