is the "Bank 1 sensor 2" O2 sensor the one after the cat?

    Bank 1 is drivers side, 2 is passenger side. Unless you have an engine where cyl 1 is on the passenger side, but I believe most Toyo's are driver side. Not knowing what OP has, best guess here.

    #1 is front, #2 is rear. So bank 1 sensor 2, drivers side 2nd sensor. On 4cyl engines you'll only have bank 1 sensors, OBD codes are pretty generic.
