    This Forum is Great! Joined due to having my first issue with my 2012 Tacoma, in limp mode, throwing codes P2440 an P2442, Air Injection Valve Stuck Open, 66,000 miles and a $1200.00 repair. After seeing all the same issues on this Forum, I made the call to Toyota Cares and the Dealership. After a week of negotiating, my Tacoma is being repaired a no cost to me. Thanks to all of you who posted and suggested to complain to Toyota Cares, it works! Gene
