Just traded in my Jeep Liberty for a 2015 Tacoma. Picking it up on Monday. Very excited. Have wanted a tacoma for years and years and now I finally have one. Good times.

I bought a 4x4 access cab. white. Honestly, I wanted a darker color but not really a big deal. Im sure I will get used to it. On my brief test drive, it felt like a mini tank (compared to my Liberty) and it was pretty awesome.

White is an excellent long term color. Easy to maintain and touch up. Not to mention it's awesome on an AC .

What will you do with all the free time you don't have to spend pumping gas or making repairs on the Liberty?

Thanks for the congrats and welcome folks. As to the Liberty, I conducted preventive maintenance pretty regularly so I fortunately did not have any major problems with it. Fuel economy was not good but it is essentially driving around in a box. I am hopeful I will get better MPGs with the Tacoma but not holding my breathe. I will certainly post pictures. I'm glad I joined this forum and that welcome email showed me why I need to by a hose clamp to secure my tail gate (just ordered one on Amazon) and I also ordered the rear window bar from another forum member. Good times at the tacoma world forum!

Bad picture, I know. Base 2.7 access cab long bend. So far I am happy with it. Build quality is better than my jeep. I am still getting used to the 4 banger with its limited power. I have had to modify my driving habits but not a big deal. I will get there when I get there. Learning a lot from the forums. I have installed a backup camera, changed out the windshield wiper switch and I am considering another mod or two.

Yeah, the tacoma is my daily driver. Slow on the highway but I didn't get the tacoma for its driving ability. I got it for its utility and reliabilty (hopefully). Really looking forward to camping/fishing/hunting etc. with the truck.

Oh don't doubt the reliability. You won't have any major problems with this truck.
