hey guys new to the Tacoma seen. Been wanting one for a very long time. A bunch of my buddy's own them and I've always liked them. Over the past weekend it finally happen. Picked up a 2012 trd sport double cab long bed. Only been driving it for two days now and I love it. Can't wait to start doing some mods to make it mine.

Best way to do that is a title in your hand that shows no lien holder. ;)

    If you're already there,

    Welcome!

Easy peasy. Go through it from nose to tail and make sure everything is up to snuff maintenance wise.

That will actually take some $ and some time. But you'll have a great PM baseline established, reliability ensured and know what you have in hand.

Give it a complete detailing inside, outside, underhood, etc. It may have come off a lot looking good, but I bet you can make it look better.

Next, just drive it. Learn what it will an won't do for you, just as it sits. Then do mods to overcome problems you might find.
