Google 2015 Silverado or Sierra, and you will see that gm full size truck interiors are stellar.

If I went GM, it would be full size. Their small pickups are not my cup o' tea.

You'd probably find most current model vehicles have shifted to some hard plastics, in which case many interiors of vehicles are prone to scratches nowadays. The changes are highly noticeable coming from a 1st gen Tacoma and 3rd gen 4Runner. I can't speak for a 3rd gen, but if you're going off a google pic to determine interior quality, you might be mistaken. Even the last decked out Chevy I sat in had a cheap-feeling interior.

Even still, the only thing that has bothered me about my 2013 Tacoma has been the scuffable dash. The scuffs wipe out easily though with a damp rag. I've done many an interior project on my truck though and accumulated scratches have been virtually none. Only time my interior gets scratched is if I get pissed at a part and try to yank it out in frustration during dissasembly, which is how the top of my steering column plastic is scratched:spy:

    Is this your keyring??:stirthepot:

I m tired of the those who don't have, or want, the 2016 still opining on it this late on the game.Or those whining about the acceleration,,,Maybe the Gen 2 section is dead? By now people should know about the"acceleration issue" and the hunting transmission, noises etc enough to send them to the F150 Forums......Over 6 months and the "issues" are still there along with those who keep pointing them out. We get it. You want a race truck that sounds like a fart can.

BUY A SPORTS CAR to go with, and I promise you won't care about the Tacoma's giddy up.

Right tool for the right job.

Ha. No to your huge key ring. I scratched the key ring by missing the tumbler insertion point. I am used to my Pagani Huayra which has a key hole of molten gold that accepts the key and molds to it, starting the car. Joe D would love it

Regarding the GM full size interiors, I have sat in them extensively as I was considering one. Soft touch dashboards on certain trims and overall, a nice interior

3rd gen taco has good interior, but has the wrong materials in the wrong places.

I knew you were slow. You didn't have to explain. Unless it was for yourself.

Stellar? My 13 F150 was nicer then the 14 Silverado's when they came out. GM already had to do some styling changes to keep the sales numbers up. And if you like the Silverado or Sierra's so back for what you payed for the Tacoma you could of gotten one. They give them away. Almost anyone can qualify for GM employee pricing. It's a joke

They are great interior. What loses me is why the f can't Toyota figure out that people will scratch the bad plastic surround long the key hole insertion points on glove box and I ignition. My v had a solution with different materials there. As did other German cars I have owned !

Not going into politics with you, but it's too bad you feel that way about us. Maybe you should either read (you can do that right?) or maybe talk to some people who aren't as ignorant as you about Canada.

Happy sitting and scratching in your new 30K truck! Too bad you didn't sit in it before you bought it or felt the plastic, maybe you'd be driving a GM truck if you had.

I know a enough about Canadians as I have lots of family there. They all enjoy the peace the USA and our amazing military brings to them, but they want to be pc and criticize us and let us do the dirty work.

Plus your leader is kind of a tool
