I was wondering if anyone could give me stock ride heights for a 2nd Gen taco or measurements after installing a dakar pack. I've looked and couldn't find anything. they claim 2.75 but shes sitting a little higher than expected. Will she settle down to that or is that the initial height? I had measurements of my 2" aal but lost them and I swear this thing sits a lot higher. My rear is approx. 25.5" hub to fender and 40 5/8" fender to floor with 32" tires. The ride height doesn't bother me, it's just I'd like it to be a little more level and I don't want to compress the front springs anymore to save down travel and ride quality.

Thanks! I didn't know they were so inconsistent. May just try taking an overload spring out

Fox 10" with remote resi. I tried to get the FJ one with resi becuase it's supposed to be longer but it wasn't quite long enough. The 10" just barely is, but still long enough I'm comfortable not running straps. Changed out the resi hose with a 90 degree elbow so it would fit. Everything from downsouth.

They're meant to haul loads, and therefore ride stiff unloaded.

I know. When I was doing research though most people said they road fine unloaded but I guess it's still opinion based. I do really like them off road though, which is why I got them. They just suck over speed bumbs..
