2005 Prerunner Steering Wander -Rack Bushing Wear?

    2005 Prerunner
    I chasing a steering wander issue. At highway speeds, my truck wants to follow any grove in the pavement. It requires continual (minor) steering correction to keep driving straight. Inner/outer tie rod ends tight, recent alignment, stock suspension, only 60,000 miles. MINOR steering rack bushing movement (+/- 1/16"). How tight should these bushings be? Any thoughts? Thanks
