    I remember when these came out most were reporting more lift than advertised. Is this still the case or did the height eventually settle down to where it should be?

    No mine are not settling. I have maxtrac bspindles with these on the 3rd setting. My front like 3 inches higher than my rear with expos and a bed shell. Gonna move em down soon

    I installed 6112's on my truck this weekend and the 3rd setting gave me exactly 2" despite the 1.59" advertised. My truck is a bit lighter than most though being an Access cab with a 6spd.

    I don't have experience riding in anything other than a stock truck, but I'm more than happy with the ride. The truck eats railroad crossings, crappy roads and has significantly less roll on freeway on-ramps. It's firm, but surprisingly compliant. It's everything I hoped for. I don't regret not taking the next step with one of the big 3 (King, Icon, Fox).

    While I acknowledge their is a place for the big 3, I think the 6112 provides a whole lot of what a full coilover offers at a much reduced price point making it a SOLID middle of the road solution to the suspension dilemma.

    If I could refund this purchase and make another, I'd pass on the opportunity.

    Had these installed today. DCSB 4x4. Installed on 3rd notch. Right now both sides are at 2" over stock height at that location day one. I'm sure they will settle. 1/4 top plate on driver, it's still 1/4" lower on driver side (was stock too).     In a month and about 1200 miles they have settled right at about 1/4 inch on both sides. Hopefully that's it.

    No lift. Standard 3+1 factory. Sits pretty level. Looks like it has some bro lean in that picture but I can't see it when I look at it in person.

    How are you guys with the 6112's liking them now that you've got some miles on them?

    They're still my #1 choice when I decide to upgrade.

    I like them. Ride is good on 3rd notch. I can't imagine it's much tougher on 4th. I haven't had it in dirt yet.

    I'm likem a lot! There a bit stiffer than stock but not harsh. I would recommend removing ur sway bar. I tried it off then on and ended up removing it again. Just felt a lot better off.
    I did bomb a pot hole infested dirt road the other day bout 60-65 and the wife commented how much smoother the truck was as she had a death grip on the o shit handle.
    I've not had any experience with fox or icon but I can't believe they would be that much better but I don't know? If I was to change anything I would try fox on the rear sense the ass end is so light. But I'm pretty darn happy!

    Did you AAL the rear with the 5160's? I've got the 5160's in the back as well but i'm running 2" blocks (i know, i know) and rides like complete arse!! Wondering how yours rides?
