Non-leveling lift for 2007 AC

I need advice. I've looked at a ton of threads and I think there are just too many options. I need an affordable 3 inch lift. I don't wheel. I use the 4wd like 4 times a year over pavement, usually (snow). I want to fit 33s, mostly for appearance. The truck already rides like a truck with the TRD Off Road Pkg. I don't want to make it ride significantly worse. I usually have stuff in the bed and I don't want a leveling kit. I want 3 inches at all four corners. I'm trying to stay at around $300-$500. I'm using OEM 7 spokes from a newer 4Runner/FJ. Does anyone have such needs and a suitable lift on their truck? Spacers are fine for me and my needs (I think).

 

If spacers are fine for you then the 3/1 kit from ready lift would suit your needs

 

Isn't that a leveling kit though?
