More info would be help, how many miles? Any repairs/changes done prior to this concern, have you done anything to try and fix it?

I always start with the throttle body/MAF sensor. Clean them and see if that makes any difference. Go from there

Yes, sorry for incompleat question. The truck has 68000 miles, idles at around 600 rpm. Just cleaned PCV and seems to have helped a little.
Outside temp has no effect on idle, rough idle shows after engine warms a little. Also takes a few cranks to start, not an alraming amount but more than my wifes rav. Sont know if cranking is related.

I did clean the MAF, no change but will go and try the throttle body next.

Maybe some of that Techron fuel injectir cleaner or whatever if youve been running cheap gas through the engine? 2nd on the MAF but it sounds like you did that.

Yes, on the MAF. (no change) I cleaned the TB, and the PCV (again). Idle is now smother. Also cleaned 3 negative ground connections and that did make a differance with the the starting. Thanks all we seemed to have solved the problem.
