I have the same setup. There's enough space for everything. I only had to drill 2 extra holes to the side gusset plate inside the bumper to attach the control solenoid box. The control cable barely clears the AC hard line when plugged in, but it works.

Some of the frames have a larger weld radius where that bracket locates, not often but we see it now and then. If its not allowing the slot to line up let me know. I keep a handful of them with a slightly different slot location on hand for these instances. Ill shoot a set right over to you.

I also ran into this issue when I installed my full plate. I left them off for the time being and had planned to drill the holes out on the frame a bit to might the bolt fit, But if you have replacements? How do I get a set?

I should have when everything was taken apart dammit haha. But the bracket covers up most of the hole in the frame for it.

You did. My truck looks awesome, drives awesome, and the bumpers function perfectly. I'm just not ready to put up pics yet, still have some minor cosmetic work to do before I want to put up pics.

    Workin' on it....
So if my understanding is correct with the install, it seems the bottom of the Toyota grill needs to be zip tied to the bumper or some supports to secure it?

It's held in just fine with the hood closed. There are snap things in the corners that hold it in too

Do the hi lift mounts and shovel/axe mounts have a lock? And if so, can I get them keyed alike?

Unless they've changed some things in the last few weeks no. It's just threaded knobs. I used a small piece of threaded stock and bonded it inside one of the mounts and then used a hi lift hood lock knob to lock it. Works great!
