We we're selling my in-laws estate and i didn't trust this woman at all, she btw graduated high school with my wife 10 years before, so they were friends. She took it upon herself to screw us every chance she got, or at least try. She gave us a punchlist 3 pages long of things that were not our responsibility. She eventually hired an excavator to come and dig up the entire property and then bill us to put in a new leach field, or so she thought. This was planned without telling us at the request of the buyer, she planned to deduct the cost from the sell price. I got wise to her plot, called local excavators till I found the right one, cancelled the appointment, called the real estate board and threatened her license, then waited for her call. This got so bad, the county was calling me threatening to make me put in a $12,000 sand mound, she had them pissed off too! She told me that she was educated in the "psychology of real estate" and that she never had anything like this happen to her before. I lashed out at her and told her to take her contract into the restroom with her and wiper her ass with it! i told her that she never met anyone like me and that she WAS NOT going to walk over me. I could go on and on with the things that she tried to get us to pay for. I eventually threw the perspective buyer out too, told them to leave their hand money on the table on their way the hell off the property. Of course I didn't keep their money, but we sold it to someone else a week later for more money. Our agent was the poster child for

I'm from Pittsburgh too and had a similar experience with a female real estate rep. Would be funny if it were the same one...her initials are LM haha....

Was test driving a 4Runner on Saturday (separate story) and my wife asks the salesman "how much can the 4Runner tow?"

Salesman replies "at least 8000 lbs".

We had orders to PCS to another state and went to list the house, realtor swore the house was only worth x, which went completely against the VA appraisal that was thirty-five grand more. Looked her name up and found lots of homes that she sold twice, once low to one of two different people and then high within a year. Reported her for predatory practices and she up and stopped calling us for some reason.
