I own a 2007 tacoma, I recently replaced the u-joints and carrier bearing. Now I have a bad vibration at 25 mph, and a lilbit when you take off

I had no problems till I replaced these parts, this seems to be a common problem
    Does anyone have any suggestions?

I notice you have a 6" lift? Let the vibration chasing game begin. Sorry about that OP. I spent about 6 months chasing 3 different vibrations on my 3" lifted '08 OR until I finally had enough and traded it in on a stock 2015. Since then I am scared to death to lift it higher than the 0.85" front billies. Might I suggest trying a carrier bearing drop kit though. Do a search, literally hundreds of "fixes" to various vibration woes. I will caution that every Tacoma is different and what works for one may not work for another. Good luck man.

    Thanks
I currently have a 2inch carrier bearing drop on it.
Yes I have the pro comp stage 1 6" inch lift. Ive owned the vehicle for 2 years with no problems then had to replace center bearing and u joints. Then the vibration is there. It must be in the drive shaft. I wonder if it is out of phase ?
    There are alot of therorys
    Pinion angle
    Motor mount. Transmission mount
    Tires
I been battling this for awhile and it just seems no matter what I do. I just cant pinpoint the problem. You are exactly right. The vibration game begins and in my case i cant get it to end.Lol.

Did you mark the parts when you disassembled them? If not and there were no issues before it is most likely a phasing problem.

The tech who done the work for me told me after the fact that he did not mark my drive shaft when he took it out.

Your tech is likely your problem then! These need to be in the correct phase and balanced. No different than any other drive shaft. Take it back and have them fix it.
