2019 Toyota Tacoma Gray TRD OR V6 double cab

LED headlights, TRD PRO grill, Spacer kit 2 in lift front

I am going to lift my Tacoma using spacers and I wanted to find out what other supporting mods I need to do to release stress on other components if the spacers cause stress. Also I am looking at going up in tire size but looking for some recommendations on what sizes to go with. I have 16" rims.
