    Hang in there man.
Everytime ive posted something about these issues, i never get a response.
If you bring it to the dealership, they can hook it up to diagnostics to give you info on the abs light and mayne point you in the riggt direction on the rear diff issue. I
Hope some one comes along with some good info soon. I know how frustrating it is to wait on some one to answer a question about your truck

This sounds like there could be at least a couple other things not working correctly with your 4WD system...

Did everything work smoothly over the last few weeks until now? Or did you just now try working the 4x4 system? Not trying to sound condescending, genuinely curious because it might help someone else answer your questions.

Honestly, I'd take it into a mechanic you trust (or a Toyota dealer, but that could mean more $$$) and have them look it over. I would do that regardless when buying a used truck with 150k miles on it.

Good luck OP, hope it's nothing too serious. It might just be the wiring for the e-locker that needs to be fixed, but the whole "difficulty shifting out of 4lo" is what concerns me too...but that might just mean you need a fluid change. Either way, definitely get it looked at.

    1) ABS light is always on or always on in 4low= ABS is disabled in 4low, light should be on.
    2) Rear diff light flashing= once in 4low push diff lock button and when it starts flashing turn the steering wheel to the right or left and roll forward slowly while turning, should lock in and the light will stop flashing.
    3) Difficult getting out of 4low= first do not use low on pavement or hard packed surfaces (drive line bind) which will make it hard to switch out. Not sure about your 6sp, but on my auto, I find if I put trans in neutral and coast to a stop, then switch to 4hi, it comes out easier, once in 4hi switching to 2wd, remember to go thru both steps.

Hope this little bit of insite helps, if not take it back to where you bought it and have them check it, they might have pinched a wire (ABS) or not plugged something back in (diff lock) when they replaced the frame.

    congrats on the new truck

edited to consider eon-blue, yes check all fluids or change (low fluids will make shifting hard).
Preferably change fluids so you know they are fresh.

sounds like it got wet a lot and then parked for a while

I would get under the truck and clean and r&r all electrical connectors to 4x4 actuators, tranny, and e-locker as well as abs sensors

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
The locker is tough to get in even when new. The locker motors are known to fail, they get moisture or water in them and quit. Some people have been successful repairing them, they are E X P E N S I V E to buy a replacement, like $400.
